This can become very addicting. Being the compulsive and colonic person I am, I'm sure to need therapy soon. Be that as it may...

After somehow fixing the right margins on the main page (it's a miracle!), I went off random blog surfing (the next new Olympic sport!) while editing. It's amazing the variety of languages and content this world comprises.

There were Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Portugese, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Swedish blogs.

The ubiquitous porn, travel, real estate, "money-making" blogs.

People posted family, vacation, random pictures. Poetry, music, love letters, art, treatises and more.

A very fascinating slice of the blog world.

I came across two sites where I posted comments and, due to sheer stupidity, neglected to add the links so I could check back. I've been desperately trying to hunt them down since, googling and blog surfing. Nothing horrendous or anything like that.

The first blog was of an Australian engineer. He'd only just started blogging and had posted some nice pictures on his blog. One was of him holding a fish in front of Sydney harbor. Yes, I recognized the scene. There were some beach scenes, too, and he had an intervening post about an accident that happened the street over, wherein a car crashed into a house, 3 men hopped out unscathed, proceeded to lock the car doors and ran off. I wonder whether the guys were caught. No way to tell because I closed the window by accident. Grrr!

The second blog was rather sweet. I think it was entitled, "Baby's First Blog." It had the picture of a man and his wife (I think her name was "Pau" and the due date was April 11) and some ultrasound pictures of their soon-to-arrive son. I believe the post said only 7 more weeks. Whoo hoo! Anyway, I wanted to check the progress of that family but forgot to add the link. No, I'm not a stalker. I just thought it was nice.

If you happen to come across these 2 blogs, I'd appreciate it if you'd drop me a line. I'm curious that way. :-D
