Blogger Plea Redux

I first sent out my lament here.

The list of recent woes I have been encountering:

- Inability to access certain blogs
- Inability to post comments
- Comments were posted but later disappeared
- Correctly inputting word verification but needing to reinput new ones at least twice
- Lonnnnnng wait to load blog pages
- Page not found notices
